The pool is really nice there's some space to take a sun bath and to swim too. Location, space in the room, hot water, staff is nice.

I like the location of the hotel you're closer to all the nightlife of Mérida at least on downtown area. You achieve many interesting places just by walking.

Great value hotel but request the Colonial area by the pool for best rooms. Awesome taco shop Union around the corner and the area is perfect for exploring.

The staff, in general, are very nice. The doorman is THE BEST. The location of this hotel is excellent, easy access to great restaurants and Mérida Centro.

Suxh an amazing and well located hotel. they have the best staff who help with anything you need. The rooms and spacious and comfortable and the shower is fantastic. The pool was great to cool down and they had free parking next to the hotel. There is a business centre there if you need to use it with computers. Close to Santa Lucia park, loads of amazing restaurants, cafes and the Zocalo. Would highly recommends

Rooms were really nice and had all amenities, staff were extremely helpful especially with organizing last minute tours and location was great!
